India's wait of 40 days is finally over. After traveling 3.84 lakh kilometers from Earth to Moon, Chandrayaan-3's lander Vikram successfully landed on the lunar surface. With this, India has become the fourth country in the world after Russia, America and China to make a soft landing on the moon. At the same time, it has become the first country in the world to make a soft landing on the south pole of the Moon.
